You receive immediate access as soon as you enroll. You will also receive an email with instructions on how to access the course platform and all the materials.
Step 1: Identify your Spicy Pepper Level from a Poblano Pepper Level 1 where there's just a tab bit of heat up to the Ghost Pepper Level 5 where you're so hot, you're not. I'll cover what each pepper means, how it may be secretly showing up in your daily life and ways it is costing you more than you know.
Day 2: Get your Degree of Heat. I'll be guiding you through the Top 20 Warning Signs you may be having in your spicy pepper level that you may not have even realized were burnout related, like not being able to read text or books like you used to. You'll know whether you are closer to moving down the Spicy Pepper Scale or in jeopardy of sliding deeper into burnout by the end of this session. At the end of this session you will have the first two step completed.
Day 3: Knowing the 5 Biggest Energy Blocks is what we will dive into in Step 3, so that by the end you will know exactly which one is keeping you stuck in burnout along with additional insights from my 3 year Global Spicy Burnout Research Study into elements of burnout no other burnout inventory considers.
Day 4: Join me live for a special session just for your Spicy Pepper Level so that you have a customized Road Map to Energy Mastery and out of burnout for good. Those who attend live will also get a Micro Recharge Lab session to energize and shift your energy in 20 minutes or less.
